Sadly there are some attempts to defraud insurers by falsifying risk information or by providing misleading statements on identity or driving history when applying for Motor Insurance.

For this reason we carry out random checks on customer information by asking for paper copies of the following documents:- Copy Driving Licences - (Photo Card and Counterpart) Copy V5 Vehicle Registration Document Confirmation of No Claims Discount letter. This is to protect our customers. Please note that not providing documents if requested may invalidate your insurance.
