There is a 24 hour Helpline available to policyholders. The number is shown in the policy booklet.
A Priority Repairer is available; immediate repair authority from RSA's network of garages across the country. (Subject to current workloads and replacement parts)
There is also a prompt windscreen/glass replacement service, AUTOGLASS. The policyholder will just need to pay a small excess and RSA will be billed direct for the rest.
