Optional Breakdown Cover

Full Motor Breakdown Cover for just £63 for 12 months protection.

If you have a CSIS Drive motor insurance policy with RSA, our optional breakdown cover can be added at any time by calling us or by selecting the Breakdown option when you purchase a Motor Policy from us online.

Cover includes :

Tick Roadside Assistance
Tick Recovery
Tick Homecall
Tick European Assistance

Your car is covered for breakdown in the UK or Europe up to 5 times in any one period of insurance. For full details, please see Section 13 of the Policy Wording.

                                   Broken Down Car

Your car is covered for emergency assistance at the scene of a breakdown - anywhere in the UK or Europe (including Homecall).

If your car is still not roadworthy it can be recovered to:

  • a repairer of your choice
  • your destination
  • your home

And you (and up to 8 passengers) will be offered:

  • alternative transport of our choice, or
  • a hire car for 24 hours, or
  • emergency accommodation

You are covered if:

  • your car runs out of fuel
  • your car accidentally receives incorrect fuel
  • your car is immobilised by a flat tyre or battery
  • your keys are lost, damaged or locked in the car
  • you are declared medically unfit to drive (and no passenger can drive it)
