Yes. If you have a comprehensive motor policy with us, and use our Recommended Repairer scheme, you will have a courtesy car all the time your vehicle is being repaired. -
Why can't I get an on-line quotation?
Our on-line quotation system can provide quotations for most cars and drivers, but there may be instances where we need to talk to you before providing cover. If you've not been able to get a quote online, give us a call to see if we can help you over the phone. -
How can I pay for my car insurance?
To arrange instant cover on-line, we accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD and most debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express. You can also spread the cost of your insurance by paying a deposit on-line and the rest by monthly direct debit. With CSIS you can pay by Monthly direct debit at no extra cost (0%apr) making it the easiest and most cost effective way to pay.
