Key Features and Benefits:

We are currently working to bring you policies from a wider range of insurers, so will be updating this information shortly.

These are exciting times for CSIS, and we hope it will allow us to provide more choice and better pricing for our customers.

We can currently only offer our new policies over the telephone, so why not give us a call today to see if we can help you?

Automatic car insurance renewal

Many customers find automatic renewal is the easiest way to renew their car insurance.
If you pay for your insurance by direct debit, we'll write to you around 21 days before your renewal date with your new insurance certificate, renewal schedule and confirming the premium for the next 12 months. If you are happy, and none of your details have changed, you don’t need to do anything and your policy will automatically renew meaning you never run the risk of being uninsured. Should you wish to stop your insurance automatically renewing however, you can contact us at any time to cancel this facility. You can do this by telephone, post or email.

Manual car insurance renewal

If you don’t pay by direct debit we will write to you around 21 days before your car insurance renewal date with your new insurance certificate, renewal schedule and confirming the premium for the next 12 months. This is your renewal invitation. Unlike automatic renewal, you must contact us and pay your premium otherwise your cover will end on the renewal date, and you will not be insured. If you want to make the process easier, and make sure you remain covered you can call us at any time to be updated onto monthly payments and automatic renewal.

Your Car Excesses Explained

The "excess" is the amount you will be asked to pay towards a claim.
As this may vary depending on the insurance policy you buy from us, we will explain this to you over the telephone when we arrange your quotation.

These amounts may also vary:

Your policy schedule will also detail any excesses applicable to your cover, and our friendly team will always be happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Car Insurance is underwritten by a range of insurers. Finance, if required, will be provided by Premium Credit Ltd. Please note that all quotations are subject to Terms and Conditions. Full Policy Wordings are available upon request.

At CSIS we always strive to give you the best deal. We have found that, by talking to you rather than asking a standard set of questions, we can better find the right policy for you. We have therefore decided not to offer online quotations at the moment, but to offer a personal service.
