    Yes. If you have a comprehensive motor policy with Zurich, we will arrange a replacement car (up to a maximum of 1300cc) while your car is being repaired provided you use a Zurich approved repairer.

    The discount applying will be stepped back at the next renewal date. For accidental damage or third party claims your No Claims Discount will be stepped back by two years. Fire, Theft and Windscreen claims will not affect your No Claims Discount.

    This will mean you will preserve the No Claims Discount you have earned even if you have a claim. The protection offered means you can have two claims within a five year period that will not affect your No Claims Discount.

    Any person who is a named driver on your policy can drive your car. Their name must be stated on the valid insurance certificate.

    Windscreen cover is included automatically under our comprehensive car insurance policies. In addition to the actual windscreen cover, damage to the back and side windows is also covered.     Cover to drive other cars will apply while you are driving in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland any motor car not owned by you or hired to you under a hire purchases agreement provided you have the owner’s permission to do so, this cover is shown as being included on your current Certificate of Motor Insurance and there is a separate valid insurance policy in force which meets the Road Traffic Act requirements.

    If your car is stolen or damaged as a result of theft or malicious damage, immediately report the matter to the police station nearest the location. Please notify us of the theft/damage within 48 hours on our 24 hour Emergency Helpline 0800 0261779.
